IF WE EVER PART
IF WE EVER PART
If we ever part
Let it be clear to everyone
That you left willingly but not forcefully
That you left at peace but not out of chaos
That only that fate could not allow the two of us to be
That only facts but not fixtures that part our ways
That the tree only broke a branch but didn't die
If we ever part
Let the world sing this song
That we are a true story of a rejected to be
That it was all for us yes but God said no
That all seemed right but He said wrong
That we were meant to live but not to be
If we ever part
Lets be a role model of how to relate
Let it be narrated of how we lived and loved
Of the all positive vibes I instilled into their minds
Of your all intellingence and prominence in every narration
Oh! The measure of the quality of our very life's covenant
If we ever part
Let the young couples be referred to us
To borrow nuggets of life and love
Let our friendship remain intact
To appreciate the pure intentions of true love
Let that broken branch sprout to new branches
Of cherishing each other's dreams and abilities
Let the glue that held us together last
To tell the purest intentions of letting go
Let's live the reality of the realest love
The coverage of every mistake by a forgiving heart
The trust of each other's intelligence
The comfort at each other's troubled moment
That promise of serenity
Let it flourish at its best,
If we ever part

"If we ever part"... I promised my heart we will never be emotional, but how can I not be, after being by a piece hewed for my soul..
ReplyDeleteIt's impossible to not be emotional. 'Cause even when you try not to, that piece that's nolonger belonging cries to belong. It's sad that sometimes it just have to be. And you wanna promise your heart that you'll heal some day. But It's only God who can provide healing to such a wounded heart.
DeleteGoodbyes are never sweet. Love wins, alway. Either you loved someone whole heartedly or you never.
ReplyDeleteYou couldn't put it any better
